Registering!!!!

Yesterday afternoon I went to Babies R Us to start our registry- I sort of wanted to go start it now so that I can just add to it online once we find out if the baby is a boy or girl......plus I was off for once, and things are going to get crazy workwise once July 1 hits.

So off I went with the scanner!!!!! I was there a while, and added quite a few things, but I will probably change some things before the baby comes! For any of you moms out there, I welcome suggestions!!!! I'm also registered for some things at Walmart online, I'll have to go in person and add more to that one later as well. So feel free to registry stalk me!!!!!!

In other news ........


I got a haircut today!





and a pedicure! Yay....I sorely needed both....


I have also entered the world of maternity clothes......I am actually very lucky that the fashions are very flowy, ect right now so I have been able to find a lot of regular shirts on clearance....I have also discovered just how comfy maternity pants are!!!!

This shirt hides my belly so it isn't a very good one to show my baby belly so far, but you get the idea.......

Anyway, i'm not up to much else other than working!!!!!!!! Blah! I'm dreading next week, because after that, I'll be back in the NICU again for a month. Ugh!

Yes, it is true!

So we're finally letting the news out....to the internet world....................







I'm pregnant!!!!!!!!!! The baby is due December 5th, give or take a few days! I'm 14 weeks on Friday and have been doing pretty well, other being sick all the time!!!!! It should definately be called all-day-sickness! We're very excited and yes, we're planning to find out the sex. That is the first question everybody asks us so I thought I would go ahead and tell. I just don't know when we're finding out- my next appointment is at the end of this month. We were amazed to see this ultrasound at my last appointment this week- the baby has grown so much! I posted a picture from my first ultrasound to show the difference in 5 weeks! Now that is incredible!!!!!

St. Simons Island Pictures....finally.

Patrick and I enjoyed a little vacation the second week of April to St. Simons Island.

Basically just a little beach town on coastal Ga.....

The sky looked like this for the first two days....seriously. You can see you busy the beach is....just one poor guy walking alone. It was freezing!!!!!

Patrick and I at our wedding reception- my aunt presented us with the book she created with all the letters......I was very proud to have all of the Legard children there for our wedding. From the left, my mom, uncle Bill, Aunt Legard, her husband Hank, and uncle Richard.



Aunt Legard also presented me with some army pins that my grandmother wore during her service and I thought this was a neat picture with our rings.

Quick Update!

So it has definately been a long, long, long time since I've updated my blog!!! Hopefully this will not happen again :)

I'm at work right now, so I can't add any pictures, but I promise to add some sooner than later! We've definately been busy the last month and a half- we vacationed to St. Simons Island and celebrated our second wedding anniversary, I've been on Peds ID and NICU the last two months and we've been working on a few other projects as well.... Anyway, look for new pictures soon! I promise!
